Rita joined Semmler Pollard in 2004 and brings a style to real estate that is her own. She specializes in foreclosure and pre-foreclosure properties and has been active in purchasing homes to remodel for resale.

Rita originally from Phoenix, Arizona attended college at University of North Carolina and was a member of the Tar Heel Womens Soccer Team and contributed to the team winning four NCAA National Championships during her career.
