Kathryn Friedman, Sales Associate

Prior to deciding to represent buyers and sellers, Kathryn gained valuable knowledge by assisting a top producing agent, handling much of the paperwork and many details. She was personally involved in sales ranging in price from the $100,000’s to well over 1 million. Kathryn prides herself in being organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful. Clients describe her as friendly, enthusiastic, and patient while working with them to find the perfect home. She strives to make the experience of buying or selling a home as pleasant and stress-free as possible.

Being a native Houstonian, Kathryn offers a vast knowledge of the city. She attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, where she studied Graphic Design. Occupations in graphic design, construction, and child care aided her in sharpening her organizational skills, strengthening her customer service, and broadening her business background before becoming a Realtor®.

Kathryn enjoys the outdoors, traveling, all types of design, and painting. She also appreciates spending quality time with her family, friends, and her two Shih-Tzu's. Community involvement is extremely important to Kathryn as she is an active member, volunteer, and foster parent for Lone Star Shih-Tzu and Lhasa Apso Rescue, www.shihtzu-rescue.org, is a lifetime member of Bo’s Buddies, and is an active member and is the Vice President of the Junior Board of the TiRR Foundation. Kathryn is a member of the Houston, Texas, and National Association of Realtors. She feels strongly that Houston is a remarkable city with much to offer all who are lucky enough call it home!
